A warm and wonderful coffee recipe
An Espresso Macchiato is a simple yet delicious coffee drink featuring a shot of espresso topped with a small amount of frothy milk. To make it, brew a fresh shot of espresso and then add a dollop of steamed milk foam on top. The milk softens the strong espresso flavour while keeping its boldness intact, creating a rich and balanced taste.
This quick and easy drink is perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with dessert.

Yes, an Espresso Macchiato is stronger than a cappuccino because it has much less milk. A cappuccino includes equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foam, which dilutes the espresso’s intensity more than a macchiato does.
A latte has a shot of espresso with a large amount of steamed milk and a small layer of foam, resulting in a creamy, milky coffee.
