- We recommend The L’OR BARISTA Absolu machine with the 'Enjoy Over Ice' function, developed to deliver the perfect iced coffee moment.
- Start by filling a large ceramic mug or sturdy glass with ice cubes, place it under the spout, then press the snowflake icon to activate the iced brew mode.
- Choose your preferred drink size, small or medium for the best results, and let the machine create a smooth, well-balanced coffee at a lower temperature of around 60°C. This method preserves the ice while producing a rich, velvety crema for a perfectly chilled cup.
- If you’re using a L’OR Original or Sublime coffee machine, simply brew your espresso as usual and pour it over ice for a refreshing result.
