How long do L'OR Black Friday offers last?

Our online Black Friday offers run from 3 November 2026 until 30 November 2026. Across this entire promotional window, you can take advantage of time-limited savings on our coffee capsule machines, accessories, and coffee capsule ranges, while stocks last.

What delivery times can I expect during Black Friday?

What's the returns policy for Black Friday purchases?

We want you to be delighted with your coffee setup. Unopened capsule boxes, unopened coffee bean bags, and unused machine items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please get in touch with customer service to start a return.

What if an item is out of stock?

Our Black Friday deals, limited-edition machines, and special promotional bundles are available while stocks last and may sell out quickly given the demand. If a particular capsule blend or machine colour is no longer available, we recommend browsing our alternatives or reaching out to our customer support team, who can help you find something similar.

Where can I find the full terms and conditions?

Promotional discounts, bundle savings, and voucher codes are governed by our standard Black Friday terms. For the full legal terms and conditions, please see our Terms & Conditions page.
